HOW TO MANAGE SUSTAINABILITY IN SCHOOLS

HOW TO MANAGE SUSTAINABILITY IN SCHOOLS

COURSE DURATION: 5 days

Sustainable development means meeting the needs of all people now – including protecting the natural habitats that are essential to our survival – without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

Education should be committed to sustainable development and believe it is important to prepare young people for the future. Our approach is based on the belief that schools perform better when they take responsibility for their own improvement. We want schools to make their own judgements on how sustainable development should be reflected in their ethos, day-to-day operations and through education for sustainable development. Those judgements should be based on sound knowledge and local needs.

This course aims to increase the knowledge of professionals (teachers and administrators) on How to manage sustainability in their school by supporting them with theoretical and practical info.

Our course is much more different from the other courses in that Our course deals with the sustainability in 3 parameters;

For us, Sustainability is not only reaşted to Environment, A sustainable school, for us, means that creating a Sustainable future with ecological, social and financial matters to save our world.
