This course is highly practical offering hands-on tools on how to cope with stress and tension, how to deal with negative thoughts and emotions, how to improve the quality of your sleep, increase concentration, improve focus and attention, and foster overall well-being and happiness.
The course is suitable for total beginners as well as participants with little prior experience. The great thing is that there are absolutely NO pre-requirements other than your aspiration to grow personally.
Within five days of the training we will learn, talk, discuss and move but most of all you will be provided enough time to absorb and reflect on this exploratory process to be able to fully appreciate the benefits of mindfulness, meditation and yoga.

What is mindfulness?
Common misconceptions regarding mindfulness.
How can mindfulness be applied to all kinds of experience: sensations in the body,
thoughts, emotions, sounds, tastes, smells etc.?

DAY 2
➢ Morning yoga at the beach / in the woods
Mindfulness of the Body
How to teach mindfulness to kids / yoga for kids
Meditation
➢ Practical activities: Body Scan, Mindful Walking
DAY 3
➢ Morning yoga at the beach / in the woods
Mindfulness of Emotions
Meditation
Awareness of your emotions – basic models of emotional regulation – bring yourself back
into equilibrium.
